This is a UFO video from Melbourne , Australia. The witness reported seeing an unidentified flying object over Melbourne Australia and was able to shoot the following video. The witness described the UFO as a dazzling display. There was no mention by the witness of any sound being made by the mysterious object as it was being recorded.
